- Please silence any pagers, watch alarms, and cellular telephones prior to showtime. You may also leave them with the House Manager.
- LATECOMERS will be seated in AREAS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE HOUSE MANAGER.
- Performance Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. Late-night shows run at 10:30 p.m. Check the Calendar for special performances other than Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Box Office: Reservations may be made online, or you may call (303) 777-3292 for reservations or show information. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards are accepted. All tickets sales are final, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please note that the box office is located at Theatre On Broadway: 13 South Broadway, however the theatre is not always staffed during the week.
- Children: Very young children are not permitted at Theatre Group performances.
- Photographs/Recordings: The taking of photographs or operation of any recording device in the theatre is strictly forbidden.
- Please Be Advised: Coughing and rustling paper are distracting to the actors, and your fellow audience members.
- Group rates: Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a group discount on individual tickets. Please call the Box Office for further information.
- Refunds: The exchange or refund of single tickets on or after the date of performance is not allowed. Theatre Group will issue a credit for another show.
- Gift certificates in any dollar amount may be purchased year-round from the Box Office.
- No Smoking: Smoking is only permitted outside of the theatres.
- Food and Beverages: Items purchased from the concessions are permitted inside the theatre.
