SCOTT McLEAN Scott's introduction to Theatre Group occurred with The Laramie Project. Other TG productions include: Gross Indecency, Crumple Zone, Bat Boy and Lonely Planet, Scott moved to Denver in 2001 after spending seven years in New York City where he performed in numerous off-Broadway productions including the original musical 30,000 Pigs Roamed the City at Wings Theatre in Greenwich Village; All the Lives of Me, a Peter Allen Revue at Musical Theatre Works; and MHIA at Manhattan Theatre Source. One of his most interesting performing experiences was dancing with Penny Arcade, a former Andy Warhol protégé, during her performance at the annual WIGSTOCK festival in NYC. Other regional credits while on the East Coast include George Nowak in She Loves Me and a rowdy Aggie dancer in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas both at Red Oak Music Theatre in Lakewood, New Jersey. Other favorite roles include: Max in Bent; Roy in Lone Star; Kenny Brewster in Three Guys Naked from the Waist Down; Jean-Paul Marat in Marat/Sade; Tony in the Evergreen Players production of The Boyfriend and Skeets Miller in Floyd Collins.
